Use of Cheajar Legal Support Services, LLC provides professional notary public services including but not limited to document notarization, acknowledgments, and certified copies. Our notaries are authorized under South Carolina state law to witness signatures, administer oaths, and verify documents for various legal purposes.

Client Responsibilities: Clients are required to provide all necessary identification documentation as mandated by state law for verification purposes. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that all documents presented for notarization are complete and ready for execution.

Limitation of Liability: Cheajar Legal Support Services, LLC shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services beyond what is required by law. We expressly disclaim any liability for damages incidental to business losses or legal complications arising from improper use of notarized documents.

Appointment Cancellations: Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellation within less than 24 hours may incur a service fee.

Changes and Modifications: Cheajar Legal Support Services, LLC reserves the right to revise these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our website, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of those changes.
